Requirements

Availability Hours: The candidate must be available from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Flexibility for schedule adjustments may be necessary to meet client needs.

Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required, as part of the responsibilities may include traveling to different work locations.

Vehicle in Good Condition: A vehicle in good working order is essential to ensure punctual arrival at work locations and transportation of cleaning equipment and materials.

Criminal Background Check: All candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background check as part of the selection process.

Drug Screening: The ability to pass a drug screening is a mandatory requirement to maintain safety in the workplace.

Physical Fitness: Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform a variety of physical cleaning tasks.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills are crucial as employees interact directly with clients and must ensure excellent customer service.

Proactivity and Autonomy: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and responsibility, is highly valued.

Health and Safety Knowledge: It’s important for candidates to have knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
